Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Laura is a Canadian contemporary painter and digital artist living in the heart of Calgary. Inspired by the beauty of the world, people, fashion, tattoos, nature, street art and city life. Her style is a contemporary take on figurative and portrait paintings infused with bright abstract backgrounds. She creates bright, bold and unique paintings with a feminine touch. She loves to draw portraits as well and most recently started to explore digital art and NFT’s. She has had a passion for drawing and has painted her entire life, taking it throughout school. However, within the last 5 years she has devoted most of her spare time to learning, experimenting and gaining the confidence in her medium and finding her unique style. When She is not painting, you can find her checking out new restaurants, traveling and exploring Calgary and its art.
